Class of 2017
#TB to my freshman year…(3:30am)“We’re late!” I yelled pushing Melanie off the bed... Once we arrived to volunteer we got lost then received the most disliked job in history to volunteers, but we continued to prosper doing whatever job given. Getting into the atmosphere of the event we willingly supported runners cheering obnoxiously for them. Exhausted, we were we fell asleep waiting to get picked up but our reward was serving the community and observing happy strangers we initially helped.(Oh! And Dim Sum too!)
Eric Thomas once said, “most of you don’t want success as much as you want to sleep!” I’ve been to plenty of events where I’d have to wake up at least by 4-5am in the morning to get there or even spent all nighters trying to finish assignments school/extracurricular related. I am willing to sacrifice my precious sleep for every individual in Keyclub.
Salutations fellow Keyclubers. My name is Audrey Trinh. I am a very dedicated/committed and spirited member who does her best fulling responsibilities while having some fun. As a sophomore reflecting back Keyclub has made me extravagantly more out-going and a better person by heart. As president I will continue the legacy and improve the club in every way possible. I want to make Keyclub a second home for all members supplying them with friendship/guidance and an maintained organized system.Lowering dues and incorporating diversity is my goal because I believe it excludes others money/opportunity wise. As division spirit coordinator/members relations chair I have experience with leadership, teamwork, and communication. I want to be there as president, to be your friend and importantly someone to look up too along the way. No matter how exhausted I am I will persevere to make sure this club is successful.
Class of 2016
Dear Westview Key Club,
How are you today? I hope you’re doing well! I’m extremely excited to inform you that I’ll be running to be president for the 2015-2016 term! Over the last three years, I was lucky enough to witness you grow up, while I grew up myself. Because of you, I was able to finally be my own person, and do things that I've always wanted to do. My only wish now is to be like you, and hopefully help others find their way through life, like what you've done for me. I've probably never told you this, but I truly aspire to be like you. The things you do never fail to impress me, and I really couldn't ask for more. Key Club, you’re my inspiration, passion, and motivation. Now I want to thank you by being able to give back to you through this responsibility of presidency. Please support me as I strive for presidency, so I may support you to the best of my ability. I'll see you on the 12th!
